Henrik Fisker- CEO, Fisker Automotive
Henrik Fisker is co-founder, chief executive officer and executive design director at Fisker Automotive. He is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Immediately prior to co-founding Fisker Automotive in August 2007 Fisker was, and remains, co-founder and chief executive officer of Fisker Coachbuild, an automotive design house established in 2005 that revived the art of coachbuilding by combining beautiful design with existing world-class engineering.
From 2001 to 2005 Fisker held prominent design positions at Ford Motor Company. He was creative director at Ingeni, Ford’s London-based design and creativity center. At Aston Martin he served as a member of the Board of Directors and design director. There he designed the Aston Martin V8 Vantage and was responsible for the production launch design of the DB9, variants of which were James Bond’s preferred vehicles.
Fisker was also director of Ford’s Global Advanced Design Studio in southern California. Designed under his direction were several show cars including the Shelby GR1 concept showcased at the 2005 North American International Auto Show.
In January 2001 Fisker became president and chief executive officer of DesignworksUSA, BMW’s California-based industrial design subsidiary. Some of his most notable works include the BMW Z07 concept (1997) and Z8 roadster (1999), another Bond car.
In 1989 Fisker began his career in Germany at BMW’s advanced design studio, BMW Technik GmbH, upon graduating from The Art Center College of Design in Switzerland. A native of Denmark, Fisker is married with two children.
Warren Bennis- Professor, Business Administration and Management Organization
University Professor and Distinguished Professor of Business Administration & Professor of Management and Organization Warren Bennis is one of the world's leading experts on leadership. A lecturer, consultant, and writer, Professor Bennis has been an advisor to four U.S. presidents, including John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan. He is the author of numerous books, including the classic On Becoming a Leader. He chairs the advisory board of the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard University Kennedy's School of Government. Professor Bennis is a former Distinguished Research Fellow at Harvard Business School, former president of the University of Cincinnati, as well as the former Provost and Executive Vice-President of SUNY-Buffalo.

James F. Rothenberg- Chairman, Capital Group
Jim Rothenberg is non-executive chairman of The Capital Group Companies, as well as vice-chairman of Capital Research and Management Company (CRMC). CRMC is the investment adviser to the American Funds, a family of 33 mutual funds, which is the third largest mutual fund family in the United States. CRMC is part of the Capital Group Companies, which was founded in 1931, is headquartered in Los Angeles and has about 7,000 employees worldwide. The company, which is privately owned, has more than $1 trillion in assets under management.
Rothenberg joined Capital in 1970 after receiving an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard University. He also holds a bachelor's degree in English from Harvard. Jim is a Chartered Financial Analyst and was named to the Harvard Corporation as the treasurer of Harvard University in 2004. He also serves as a director of the Huntington Memorial Hospital, the California Institute of Technology and KCET. He was a Governor of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) from 1996 to 2002.
Mark S. Wetterau- Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Golden State Foods
A 30-year food industry veteran, Mark Wetterau has effectively served in a variety of leadership positions including: president and COO of Wetterau Inc., chairman and CEO of Shop ‘n Save, co-founder of Wetterau Associates, LLC, and chairman and CEO of Quality Beverage, among others. In each role, Mr. Wetterau led each organization to significant national growth and success, while maintaining the highest standards and ethical values. This includes growing Shop ‘n Save from $110 million enterprise to a $650 million company in five years and helping to grow Wetterau Inc., into a $6 billion company.
In 1993, Wetterau Associates acquired Quality Beverage, the largest independently owned Anheuser-Busch distributorship in Massachusetts. Then in 1998, Wetterau Associates acquired Golden State Foods (GSF), in partnership with Los Angeles-based Yucaipa Companies., and Mark subsequently became chairman and CEO of GSF. In 2004, Wetterau Associates and GSF management purchased Yucaipa Companies’ share of ownership, and Golden State Foods became a 100 percent management-owned and run company. Under his leadership, GSF has grown from $1.4 billion in annual sales to its current $4.5 billion and has diversified its customer base and company offerings substantially.
Passionate about community involvement and charitable service, Mark has served on the boards of dozens of non-profit organizations throughout the country and spearheaded the establishment of the GSF Foundation for kids at Golden State Foods in 2002, of which he currently serves as chairman. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Westminster College in Fulton, Mo. He currently resides in Laguna Niguel, Calif., with his wife, Virginia. They have three children.
